For over 150 years, the Queen’s has been a landmark for warm hospitality and excellent dining. Located within the heart of Stratford, the Inn is within walking distance of all four Festival Theatres, entertainment and shopping.
The Queen’s Inn also boasts traditional dining in the lively Boar’s Head Pub, making it the perfect place to visit before and after your festival experience.
Step into the Queen’s and step back in time. The original “Queen’s Arms” was established just 18 years after the settlement of Stratford. The “new” Queen’s has stood in its present form since 1905 following a major fire when the name was changed from “Arms” to “Inn”.
Family-owned and operated, warm, friendly service is our first commitment to guests. If you are looking for a truly unique “Stratford” experience, you will find it at this historical Inn.
Stratford is one of Ontario’s most charming small cities with a population of just over 30,000 people; it is located less than three hours from the Canada/US border.
Home to the world class Stratford Festival and many restaurants, the city is a Southern Ontario hub for entertainment, fine cuisine and the arts. Stratford features the Avon River and a bustling downtown core, as well as many parks and attractions which all work together to create the atmosphere of a growing city while maintaining the quaint warmth of a small town.
Much like the city itself, the Queen’s Inn has a tradition of hospitality that has endured for over one hundred and fifty years. The Queen’s Inn is dedicated to providing pleasant accommodations as well as unequaled service and quality dining.
Whether you plan to come for a day or stay for a week, Stratford offers an abundance of cultural experiences with a little bit of something for everyone.
